Magical Express Confirmation on Site?

Good morning! I called in our Magical Express reservation more than a week ago, but I can't find confirmation on My Disney Experience. I'd appreciate some tips on locating! Thanks!
 
On MDE when I look under my reservations it's ME info is actually listed in the hotel reservation section. HTH
 
That's where mine is listed as well. However, details aren't listed, only that we have ME reservations.

It doesn't usually list the specifics, just that you have chosen to use DME as your transportation. When you receive your DME package your specifics will be included in the paperwork.
 

Like the pp mentioned, nothing as far as details for DME shows up on MDE. Just that you are using it as ground transportation. It has always been like this.
 
Thanks. I see no mention of ground transport on my page. It's time to call back Disney again! Hopefully I'll have great hold music ... Soarin', Haunted Mansion anyone?
 
You will get a packet with two ME tags in it. It may come after your regular packet if you booked a flight after your room.

If you get the yellow ME tags. You are golden!
 
Sorry to jump on this bandwagon, total newbie here. I signed up for DME a week ago, however I have nothing under my hotel reservation in MDE saying I'm signed up or using their ground transportation. Should I call? Am I not looking in the right place?

Edit: I booked my hotel reservation through Orbitz, if that matters.
 
I did call Disney ... While they had the reservations on file, it did not appear on the website! I'd suggest calling for peace of mind!

It should be under "My Reservations and Tickets". When you click on that and you details show up. I have 3 packages linked on my MDE and all they all show it as Airport Transportation: Disney's Magical Express Service
 
Does it show up closer to your arrival date? I looked at the hotel reservation page and it doesn't show up for me. But it was on the confirmation email i got when i booked my package, as "ground transportation".
 
I booked on the DME site this morning and I didn't get a confirmation email. Should I expect one? Also, on MDE- when should I expect to see the DME reservation under my hotel reservation? Thank you!
 
I book through a TA so I have never gotten a confirmation email from DME. Not sure if they even send them.

It has shown up on my DME from the moment I booked my flights and gave my flight information to my TA.
 
I booked my flight directly from the airline company (not through Disney) and then provided that info when i booked my package later on the Disney website. (Not through a TA)
So the confirmation email was for my package, not dme specifically.
 
I just use their site to arrange DME. Easy.

Thank you so much for the link! I also gave my flight information over the phone over a week ago and there was no mention of it anywhere online. As soon as I entered my information on the form I got a confirmation email. :)

You are welcome! You'll likely get a second email when it's actually arranged; the first email seems to be a "thank you we got your message" email. With me, at least.
 
I was worried about this same thing -- I called to add DME about 2.5 weeks ago, but never saw it appear on the app. Last week I called to double check that it was on the reservation, and the CM assured me that it was, but it still was nowhere to be found on MDE. Then, it randomly showed up on MDE yesterday morning. No idea what triggered it; I haven't changed anything on the reservation since I booked my FP+ last week. Anyway, long story short... it may take some time to appear.
