That sounds about right since your supposed to be at the airport 2 hours before your flight.

Yes, give or take. When you call DME, they'll give you the pick-up time based on your departure flight time and the resort you're departing from.

With a DME reservation, you'll get a note on the day before your check-out. The note will have instructions and a specific pick-up time.

Your pickup time is unlikely to be exactly 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure because DME coaches normally pick up from each resort twice per hour (as long as there are guests with reservations). Your scheduled pick-up time will be 3 hours before your flight, plus or minus up to 15 minutes.

Don't miss your pick-up time. If there are no reservations for 30 minutes later (or there are no extra seats), you could wait 60 or 90 minutes -- and, by that time, you're likely to miss your flight.

You don't just go out and get the DME bus when you want to leave. you need to make a ressie with DME so a bus will come to that resort and you have a seat.

I know we need a reservation - I have already added it to our package, I just don't have a time yet and was wanting to know how to plan for our last day.

You can figure on getting a pickup time around 3 hrs prior to flight departure. It well most likely be 15 mins either way. For instance...if your flight departs at 3:00pm, you pickup time will be between 11:45am and 12:15pm. It depends on where your resort falls in the route.
The day before you are scheduled to leave, you will get a notice, usually under your door, that fives you your p/u time. You will take this notice to the bus with you....it is your 'ticket' so to speak.
You need to be at the DME bus stop about 15 mins prior to the time you are given. The time you are given is supposed to be the time the bus leaves....this is NOT the time you should be leaving your room and heading to the stop. You could miss the bus. So, if you're at a park prior to your DME p/u, you need to leave the park at least an hour prior to your p/u time.
