Magical Express, any tips?

We will be using this for the first time, so i'm a bit nervous. If anyone has any helpful hints or tips I would appreciate it
Also, does anyone know approximately how long it takes to get to Saratoga Springs Resort?

My tip would be to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. The bus routes are not set in stone, so there is no way of knowing if your resort will be the first or last stop. On average it should take between 90 minutes to 2 hours to get to your resort. Sometimes it is quicker, sometimes it is slower.

Using DME on the way back to the airport, make sure you are at the resort DME bus stop 15 minutes prior to your assigned departure time. Buses do come early, and if you are not there they will leave without you.

I guess the only other things I can think of is whether you want them to handle your bags going to your resort and the reverse for going back to MCO.

If you want to skip bag claim and have DME deliver your bags to your room, make sure you use the yellow tags. Only drawback is you won't have your bags for several hours after you arrive at the resort. If you need your bags immediately, don't use the yellow luggage tags and go to bag claim normally and bring them with you to DME.

On return, if your airline is participating, you can do the entire airline checkin, including bag check at your resort. Watch for times as the hours for doing this are somewhat limited.

It really depends on how many people are on your bus I usually fly at off hours so there aren't many people on the bus with me. So if you're the first stop it can take as little as the 30-35 minutes it takes to drive there

I believe their luggage handling is different because of customs in their case.

from touch down to resort door. If everything goes wrong, ie: passengers take FOREVER to get their SH#$% & get off, you have to stop for multiple potty breaks, you just miss the bus to your resort then you are the last stop on the next bus, everybody brings their luggage on the bus so extra time for loading/unloading....... These things are all possible (not to mention traffic issues) and so must be taken into consideration.

Actually, when everything went wrong, it was 2 1/2 hours to get to our resort. I haven't ever had it take only one hour. Usually between an hour and a half to two hours.
