Magical EXpress and Switching Flights

I'm leaving from Raleigh, NC to Orlando. We will have a stopover in Atlanta for 20 minutes. Does this make a difference with Magical Express or do I have to have a non-stop flight?

No, it doesn't matter. We did ME with a layover in October and didn't have any problems. As long as your yellow tags are on your luggage it doesn't matter how many flights it takes you to get to Orlando.
