Magical Deal at the Poly for 2015

We're booking at the Poly for 10 nights in August :) I've wanted to stay here since we started going to WDW but wasn't even considering it since it's out of my price range - thanks to this thread, it's not. Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!

Just curious, how do you know how much a package would have cost with Disney since the promos for May are not out yet? Are you going on past rates?
Because I priced it out through the Disney website. I went with the current rates as they are through the Disney website. I would have normally booked it myself, without knowing any 'deals' that may come up... and would not have researched it any further past my booking the vacation. So when I priced out the quote I recieved vs. building the same exact vacation thru the Disney website myself... I actually came out a bit cheaper booking a Deluxe resort with the same Dining package than if I'd booked a moderate. Hd I booked the Deluxe resort with the same exact package through the website, it would have cost me over $900 more.

Could someone PM me the agency you are talking about. I would like to book a week in late May or early June, 2015.

I emailed them about May also, and never heard back aside from the 'we got your request' email a day or two ago. :confused3

Strange... perhaps they don't have anything for early May then... I said any TA would be fine...

They have an offer for May 2/15 to May 11/15 & May 23/15 to June 6/15 -- both come under Spring Exclusives.

My first time contacting them I had also said I'd use any agent, it took about 48 to 72 hours for an agent to be assigned & to reply.

Can you request a quote again? I'm booked for early May and I took care of this right before Thanksgiving. She showed me options for other resorts with available rooms.

This happened to me too. I ended up emailing one of the agents directly and she had a quote for me within 3 hours.

So I pulled the trigger and booked the deal for the Poly for 5 nights Aug. 24th through 29th. The price is $199 plus tax. It's a crazy deal. The agent was very helpful. I got my confirmation number 15 minutes after booking and already linked the rez through my disney experience. The first time I requested a quote I never heard back, but the 2nd time it was very timely. It's almost such a good deal I don't want to tell others about it. Plus the agent was very helpful. Took all requests. Told me I can change the reservation or requests as I see fit. The total is due 45 days prior to arrival, as opposed to at check in. But I prefer to have my room paid off in full before I arrive, so it's not a problem for me.

We're booked for 5 nights in September over Labor Day weekend. Came to $220 a night for the Poly.. Thinking of switching our trip to October to catch food and wine. Has anyone booked for October using the agency exclusive? Mind sharing what your rates were like? Thanks!!

If it's a room only, you can still pay when you check in. The agent told me that so I haven't paid anything besides my deposit and I go in early January.

I was at the Poly this past August on the Magical exclusive. I also booked my park tickets through the agency which essentially made it a package - I had to pay 45 days prior to arrival.

The park tickets were also very deeply discounted. Our 5 day base adult tickets came to $47 and change per day per person. Hopper's were also available - we chose not to hop this past visit, and it worked out great. It also slowed us down enough to really enjoy the Resort! lol ;)

Awesome!! I did not think about tickets since I have an AP, but my fiancé does not. Maybe we will have to add that!

October 8 to 17, 2015 Poly.. $348 a night ;) (Worth noting, this is one of the 3 times a year you can add the Dining plan to an Agency exclusive) :)

Has anybody booked the first week of February ? I got a quote and they were still higher than Orbitz with a 20 percent discount. You would think that week would be pretty close to the $199 that I see people getting.
