Magical Deal at the Poly for 2015

I heard from MDE that there is a system wide issue with tickets showing up. I have a friend with a package booked with this agency and they had the same thing happened. It is just a glitch with MDE. I think the "remaining day" that was showing was their bonus fun day if I am remember correct from what was told to me? Many, many reports from all kinds of people across the boards who are having issues with tickets not showing up in MDE. Even people with Magic Your Way packages. It has nothing to do with how you booked. It is just an issue with My Disney Experience right now. Frustrating, but I wouldn't miss out on a great deal because of it :)

Thanks for this info! The person I talked to at Disney made it sound like the type of ticket was the problem. Maybe they will fix it faster since it affects all types of tickets. Glad to know what the 1 day remaining means!
 
Spoke with a CM in group/convention reservations today. They were able to see our tickets on their end and he assured me they were there. I was told MDE was getting "magical enhancements" and the problem would be corrected. They could not say when it would be corrected, just to keep checking the sight. I feel bad for those needing to make FP+. Don't know how you could make them without valid admission. :(

My friend who had the issue had no problem with her FP+. She was told that the issue with MDE is a issue with the tickets actually "showing up" but that they are correctly "attached" to the reservation so that it DOES activate the FP+ scheduling window. That was great to hear.

Hi everyone, Just wanted to ease your minds and tell you that I am having the same issue with my tickets not showing in MDE for a trip in early December 2014. I booked through the "Magical" agency. I was able to make my fast passes just fine so don't worry :)

I'm trying so hard to book this magical deal for Beach Club. I got an amazing quote, but haven't been able to get in touch with the TA since then. I've sent multiple emails. I'm sending for another quote and hopefully it'll work out this time. I'm a little nervous to use them now. Is there anyone who has used them?

I think you have to call to book it after you get the quote. My TA's number was on the quote email. I wrote back that I wanted it and would call the next day as I got her message after hours. Try calling instead of emailing.

After my initial quote, I e-mailed back and forth with my agent asking for different quotes until I decided on what we wanted. If your agent isn't responding, I would call the agency, give them your quote information and get another agent. I will say my agent was very good about reworking things over and over until we decided.

Follow up for our Poly deal. It appears that we will save over 36% on our standard room and around 10% on tickets. We will have 2 adults, 2 disney adults and one child with 4 day PH. Our trip date is Dec. 5th - Dec. 10th 2015. It's better than the standard 30% off from Disney. Hope I'm doing the right thing. Any feedback on whether you guys think this is a good enough deal?
Hoping to get something similar for our trip next year, same dates. :thumbsup2 Didn't have a preference for a TA, since this will be a first for me. Anybody PM me suggestions-pro and con?

I emailed 5 days ago, so far no response. Could not see a phone number on the site to call.

I'd send in another quote. It took a day or so for them to get back to me the first time. After that my agent answers e-mail within the hour & her cell was on the original e-mail. If you go to the site click on one of the individual agents' profile pics & their e-mail & phone number are there. Just e-mail one directly for a quote.
 
When I submitted my request on their website I received an immediate auto-response email from the agency owner. When I received no other emails in 3 days I replied to the auto-response email. I had my quote later that day. The agent who provided the quote was very helpful and responsive. She provided all kinds of useful information when I called with my credit card info. I'm very happy with the agency and my agent.

Hi! I'm booked for next August at the BC with the magical deal. My tickets are not showing up at all on the website. Were your tickets not showing up at all too? On the app they show up with the 1 day of admission remaining. I would prefer to do my FP on the website so I was wondering if this would be an issue. Thanks!
 
I am booked in Oct 2015 at the Contemporary via 'magical' deal and while I cannot see my tickets in MDE via the web, I can see then via the iPhone app.

It says '02-Day Magic Your Way Base Ticket - Groups & Conventions', but then below it says, '1 day of admission remaining'. I see others with this same issue throughout the boards and folks don't seem to have issues with FP+.

Also there is chatter that it is an MDE issue and not an issue with the tickets. I gather I have time for this issue to resolve itself. Hopefully
