We have reservations at FW starting 9-28-08. Thinking about the dining plan.
It says you must purchase at least a one day ticket, does this mean along with with your Disney reservations, or can you go to say AAA and buy discounted tickets.

You have to purchase the Magic Your Way Package to be eligible for the dining plan. This includes room, and tickets. You can go to AAA to book your package and the tickets would be included. You cannot book a room-only reservation and add discounted tickets and dining.

If you do book your package with AAA you MAY get a discount on the room if available.

You can't add DDP to a room only reservation, discounted or otherwise. The only guests who can do that are DVC members (and they don't get discounts on DDP).

If you don't have an annual pass, you could book your vacation package including dining through AAA and get a discount, if AAA has a discount that can apply to the full package. You would not be able to buy the tickets separately (unless you thought it was worth it to get a one-day ticket with the package and then buy tickets for the rest of the stay separately). If you want a discount, it would have to be on the package.
