Today is the last day for sign-ups for this swap. I've deleted groups that didn't have anyone in them and for most of the groups that only had 1 person signed up, I've moved them to other groups. If you don't like where I've moved you, please let me know.

Here's what I moved to combine groups:
It's a Small World from Group C to Group D
Splash Mountain from Group F2 to Group L
Crystal Palace from Group J to Group M

The letters, are they being cut out of chipboard or card stock?
for the Mickey's are we using any specific brand of paper?
Any Specific font's for Mickey or is it what ever we choose? I'll probably use my Mickey font cart for the cricut.

Here's my hold up...
I dont know if Hope will be doing any altered letters in her groupings for her DL swap, which I think will be cool if she does and if we have enough peeps to spell out "Disneyland". I hope to be in as many groups as I can in that one.

Bamb if you need help I will back you up but thank you for taking those groups. It just bothers me to see one little position all by its self when all the others get taken! (yes, they were Space and Pluto, but Im good!)

The letters are cut out of cardstock.

No specific brand of paper and it can be patterned paper as long as you stick with white, yellow, red, and black. And, you don't have to use all those colors, but we want those colors so the letters match.

You can use whatever font you want.

Yep, the plan, since not so many DL people are around, is to do more Altered letters than traditional attraction groups. And I am thinking more, spell out complete words, than just the first letter type. WDW people, can certainly play, since many attractions are duplicated on both coasts. I figured for large words, each person could do 2 letters. So "Disneyland" would be a 5 person group. I just need to figure out how big we could make things and still fit across a 2 page layout.

I was thinking about doing a more traditional Disneyland swap later in the year, if some of our DL swappers return, or we pick up more westcoasters.

in Feb you'll do the Altered word/letter Dl swap
and later on if more Westcoasters are around you'll do traditional?
That sounds good and maybe even more managable for me.
(next time I go on a cruise remind me how big of a project I have myself in the middle of right now!)

Just FYI~ I plan on using the Mickey font for the "I" for Mickey.

I actually plan on still having some traditional groups in this Feb signup period. But instead of having a dozen or so groups listing all the attractions, I'll just have groups where people choose the attraction they want to do (no duplicating). I figure there would still be a couple of groups like that, but the predominant focus on the swap would be altered letter groups.

Here is my Y prototype.
I will be using the coordinate paper for the Y so that the embossing shows up better. I just inked it for now to show in the photo.
The hat & shoe will be glitter or shimmer paper.
