It's open seasonally- which for that restaurant usually means summer. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong- but I know I ate there this past summer

We actually ate at the Noodle shop back in April 2007... I could not believe it was open...I was so excited.....

what a waste of space to have a restaurant open only 2-3 months out of 12.

we've gone in may and never seen it open and it looks like we'll be missing it again this year too.

i've always wanted to try it though.
