It's not my pic, but I believe that's from the Enchanted Adventures Parade at the Pirate & Princess Party.

Yes...its from the Pirate & Princess Party..its the only parade I know that TINK is in..

It's from a castle show called "Cinderella's Surprise Celebration" . . . that wasn't the name of an actual "celebration" like Year of a Million Dreams or anything, it was just the name of that particular show. I guess I should have been more clear.
