Magic Kingdom/Halloween Decorations

Does anyone know approximately when they put the Halloween decorations up in Magic Kingdom.

I'm going to be heading down September 12. I know the first party is September 15 but I was wondering what the chances were that I'd be able to see Magic Kingdom without decorations. The only other two times I've been have in late November when the Christmas decorations were up. I'd love to get some pictures of it in it's normal state if I can for this trip.

We go around Labor day every year and the Halloween decorations are always up.

Last year the decorations were up by August 25/26, and the first part wasn't until a week later on the 1st.
