magic Kingdom Fireworks dessert parties

Hello,
not sure if it is me but how do you reserve the Fireworks dessert parties at MK ? I tried to search for them to make a reservation but I don't even get them listed. Sometimes the Christmas or Halloween dessert parties show up but never the "normal" ones ? Is there a trick behind to get them reserved? They don't show up at all - not even as "not available" - they are simply not listed.

Thanks for any insight!
This reservation would be super important for me as my wife would love it and it would like to make this happen for her...

On the MDE App, use the search function. Type in Magic Kingdom Fireworks and these will come up. Choose the pre- party or the Seats and Treats. How nice you’re doing this!
