Magic Kingdom and Epcot Help

My dh and I are going to be at a convention Feb 13-18 and want to go to MK and Epcot. We haven't been in four years.
What if anything is new and a must see.

We are really disappointed that the saloon with the show (can't remember the name) is closed.

My two favorite's were Sorin at Epcot and Mickey's Philharmagic at MK

they now have Cinderellabration, a stage show in front of the castle, just check show times. I think Mickey's Philharmagic is new in the last four years, though I could be wrong, it's a 3-D show. We love this. They replaced Alien Encounter with Stitch's Great Escape, I have never done this because I have not heard good things and never wanted to wait in the line, it tends to be a bit long.
At Epcot there's the new Soarin', which I cannot wait to do on our upcoming trip. I have heard that you should plan on getting a FastPass for this attraction because it is so new and really well recieved! I also think Mission Space might be new in the last four years, but again my timing might be off! If I am wrong about something I apologize. I hope that I may have helped a little bit, enjoy your trip!

New "must-sees":

Epcot - Soarin' and Mission: Space

MK - Mickey's PhilharMagic

I haven't been able to ride Soarin' yet, but the reviews are really good.

Mission: Space will make you swear you actually were launched!

PhilharMagic is uproariously funny. In my opinion, it's the best WDW 3-D attraction to date.

I am also disappointed that they got rid of the Diamond Horseshoe Jamboree show that was held in the saloon in the MK. That was always one of our favorites, and we have many memories of our young children involved with the magicians, and called up on stage etc.

I hope they bring that back eventually.
