Sure looks like the Magic is in St. Thomas today. They are anchored in the harbor, not docked at the pier.

Great pic today....weather looks fantastic....here in NY we are having more snow tomorrow!!!

I have never seen her docked in the harbor before...my best friend is onboard this week and I'll have to ask her how the tendering was in St. Thomas. I know the Magic only has to tender in St. Thomas a few times a year.

I just noticed that if you scroll down the above link it shows the schedule of which ships have to dock and which ships will have to tender. Pretty cool!!!

Hopkins....there are already 3 ships at the dock so I guess the Magic and the other ship have to anchor out in the harbor and use tenders.

From the 2:30 picture, it looks like they are tendering from both the forward and aft doors.

According to weather.com, it's 81 degrees there right now....

Oh to be there now.......... sitting by the pool......... Konk Kooler in hand...... sigh.............

Thanks so much for posting the webcam for St. Thomas. This was the first time I stumbled upon that link.

It brought back great memories of our 1/25/03 cruise. We also anchored in St. Thomas. DH, DS5 and I went ashore for a short time. After returning back to the ship, DS fell asleep on the couch (getting up early for customs must have wiped him out!). As our verandah faced the island, DH and I sat out there for several hours enjoying the scenery, watching the tenders and sea planes and downing a few yummy tropical drinks. DS woke up just as we were pulling out of the harbor.

It was a wonderful afternoon. I loved re-living it on the webcam.

We were there! The weather was beautiful that day. DCL did a great job of getting everybody to the shore quickly. There were a lot of ships in port that day. We had a wonderful time!
