its basically lots of people getting together to sell items they no longer want or need and it is usually cars with their trunks open and a table in front with things to sell on it.

You probably mentioned it at some point, but what part of Scotland are you from? My husband spent a month in England and Scotland on business once. He was in Edinburgh for about two weeks and loved it.

When we rented our car in Florida, it came with the SunPass. As soon as you cross the first toll, it automatically activates the pass. So I really wouldn't worry about "purchasing" the SunPass or worrying about it. Here is a website the explains the SunPass and the rental agencies that have SunPass.
