I keep wondering about it. I never saw the first 1, just clips. I was really shocked to find out the original is just a little bit older than me.

I can't wait. It is going to be a very special cruise. All the ports becides CC is the first call for the Wonder. Ducky will be on board. We are excited because we will have done all of DCL's Westbound transits. I can't wait. I can't wait, and hope to get to take this cruise as well. I have never been to St. Marrten and I really want to get buzzed by some airplanes.

OMG Dh and I were watching something a few weeks ago about extreme airports and St. Marten was on there. Did you know that people actually RIDE the fences as the Jets take off I was floored. We'd never heard about the fence riding before.

Anyway, do you think it might be possible for me to stow away on your cruise? PC is a dream for me. And could I use it after this year.

Glad you had a great time. Wish I could go, and it really pains me because I have gotten 2 decent pins for deals lately and even with the PINS I just can't go right now.

Now can I offer some friendly advice from your favorite Target team member?

It is now 1 week before Christmas so there are certain dos and don'ts to get the best shopping experience as well as to keep the team members from killing you

Rule #1: DON'T stand in the Wii Aisle for 20 minutes waiting for a team member to pass you by to get service. Because while you're standing still there are 5 other guests at the camera boat hijacking every available team member. Hence they get served first.

Rule#2: LEAVE MY SHELVES ALONE! yes i know the stuffed animals are crowded, but that's no reason to have an entire 4ft long shelf upside down in the middle of the toy aisle. If I see you pull it down, I WILL kick you out. NO I don't need security's help to do it. If you just happen to spot the shelf, just tell me so I can fix it BEFORE a blind person winds up in a wheelchair.

Rule #3: If you drop the breadsticks w/ Marinara: PICK IT UP! Don't leave it there for somebody to kill themselves over. If it spills a little just call us, we'll clean it up. No they don't pay us enough, but we'll clean it anyway.

Rule#4: If you're looking for a certain game, its best to write the name down or find your receipt. I CAN do an item search for "ants" but it'll only come up with a few hundred matches. And a sidebar to this is if I've already talked to your husband about the game, the answers aren't going to change when you ask me the same questions.

Good luck to everyone with their holiday shopping. It is cold here and a snow storm missing us today. We are still remembering last year and the two feet we had on 12/19/09. No shopping was occuring that day.

Storm missed us too. Just a scattering of rain and that's it, thank goodness. Now its just 5 full shopping days left until Christmas and i can breathe and start my recovery. Dissapointed to say that GEICO did not work out. Oh well, I'll wind up somewhere. Being much more vigilant about job searching though. hopefully it won't be too long before I find where I'm supposed to be.

Good Luck Maureen! I know you will find something. We are getting bypassed from all the snow too here where we live in CO and it is great. The ski resorts in the mountains higher up than us are having record snowfall this year. We only have a little snow on the grass which is wierd because by Dec we usually have the grass covered by about a half foot which lasts until May. I am NOT complaining. I am trying to get caught up on all last minute Christmas stuff since we were gone most of the month and am finally there. I only work 4 days this week which is great and then 3 days off. Same thing next week. I love Federal holidays.

Well, it'll be a little late, but 4-10 inches of snow are on the way here, Just waiting for the temp to drop a smidge more and the flakes start falling. Onslow is going to love it. His mommy, on the other hand, has to work in this stuff. Oh boy

Good thing i got Rich a pair of gloves for Christmas. He's gonna need em

We are in the same boat. They changed our forecast from no snow to 10 inches of snow tomorrow into Monday. Wow, I want weather forecasters job. Can you be any more wrong. The worst part is the water heater has a slow leak. A buddy is supposed to come over tomorrow afternoon and now we'll have to see. Here is hoping for the best.

The answer here is: OH HELL YEAH

We are here with 14-16 inches of snow in front of our house. I left work at 12:30 yesterday and used the target hotline to call out for this morning. This eventually means I will work on some cleaning i have put off. I hope DELDOT is better at Snow removal than VDOT. Honest to God they have no clue down here at all.

Anyway, time to share pics with everybody. Apologies for the size. I just have never figured out how to get them smaller. So I'll put em in my next post.

WOW! I feel so sorry for you guys on the East coast! It is unbelievable that here where I am in CO we have 0!! We haven't had any moisture at all to speak of. This Nov was the dryest on record ever since the 1880s. It was our first Christmas with no snow on the ground. I am sure that we are going to be hit hard when we do finally start getting our share. We have about 4 more months of snow left this season so we shall see. I got to spend Christmas sick though. I have had a cold for a week and not much voice at all and it will probably last through New Years according to the doc. I spent Christmas weekend sleeping so really wanted to be better by then.

Oh Laura, being sick for Christmas is terrible I'm sorry you slept the whole weekend. i was bored because it was just me and DH, so no reason to go all out for anything. But at least I wasn't sick.

Anyway, its back to work for me tomorrow. Took yesterday off because the roads were so bad. I offered to come in today but the store did not take me up on it. I'm just really hoping they listened to the message i left on the store hotline to call out. I guess we'll find out tomorrow. By Sat. its going to be 60. i always said living in VA meant weird weather. I'm just wondering why it ALWAYS has to be the day after Christmas A few years ago i went in the day after Christmas and it started out at near 70. It quickly dropped and started raining and by the time i left it was snowing and winds of 50mph. Store was empty.

Greetings Fellow Cruisers!

I just realized I've never officially announced that DH & I will be joining you all on this cruise! This will be our 4th cruise and we are looking forward to it!! First time for the Eastern though, so even more excitment! We would also like to join in on the Fish Extender fun. I'm not sure who is in charge of that, but can you please add us to the list? The FE always adds a little bit of extra fun and we enjoy doing it.
If any of you newbies have any questions, let us know and hopefully we can help out.
Hopefully, I'll be able to check the thread often and keep up with everyone. Looking forward to cruising with you all!!
