Magic in January - Cozumel or Grand Cayman

We are planning on doing the Disney Magic in January of 2017. We can do Cozumel on the 20th or Grand Cayman itinerary on the 29th. Wanting to do a semi-submarine excursion (offered at both ports). Would you recommend Cozumel or Grand Cayman???

We just came back from Grand Cayman and it was beautiful
We did sting ray city and was awesome

We just got back from the western itinerary and I would agree, Grand Cayman is a much better choice. Really did not like Cozumel but did enjoy our excursion to Punta Sur. The only concern is that weather can make stopping at Grand Cayman a problem if the winds or seas or too rough for tendering.

We did both ports on our cruise last year and Grand Cayman was our favourite by far. Of all our ports we've visited it's our second favourite, only being topped by Castaway Cay

I can't speak for the excursion you're considering but Grand Cayman is my favorite by far between the 2 ports.
