We used ME on our trip 2 weeks ago, and I was very pleased. Our experience:
We "de-planed" at MCO about 11:15. When I arrived at the ME check-in desk I was surprised at the length of the line to check-in - Welcome to Disney!!! That said, there were many CM's working and I was checked in within 15 minutes.
On to the next line, for the bus itself! We JUST missed the bus to the Beach Club, so we had a wait. I was very frustrated waiting in this line, as I just wanted to be AT Disney. That said, we were on the loaded bus and on our way in about 25 minutes.
Our resort was the third stop, but the stops were very quick, as there was very little luggage to unload from the bus.
I was at the Beach Club checking in by about 12:25. I checked in and we were walking toward Epcot at 12:40 PM!!!! Total elapsed time from leaving the plane to checkin was less than 90 minutes.
In spite of my bus line frustration, It was actually a very positive experience.
We have used a Town Car service in the past and I do not think it was any faster. Plus we did not have to deal with getting and lugging our luggage - a Joy!!!
Our room was ready at 3 PM and we walked from Epcot. When we first went to our room, our luggage was already there.
I will use ME again on our trip in April!!!!
