Great for the cast members. They got some hard work ahead of them and for some less pay. The servers I imagine will be painting.

Today everyone is on the beach, no painting yet! They have full use of all guest areas.

Maybe Disney will take this time to work on the sand dredging to replenish Serenity Bay beaches? Also work on any other parts of Castaway Cay that needs work when no guests are around.

I wonder if the Magic picked up some of the on-island crew from CC. I know there’s work that they can do while there’s no guests, but I don’t know if they need the entire crew there for multiple weeks with no guests.

I read on FB that they do not allow the ship’s CMs to be in contact with the island crew. Magic let off their last guests only a few days ago. Maybe they are waiting for the incubation period to pass before putting those two groups together.

Fantasy is heading off toward Castaway Cay; Magic is heading to Port Canaveral and Dream is still docked.

It now seems both Magic and Fantasy are idling off the Florida coast, a bit north of West Palm Beach.

It is not DCL but there‘s a vlogger reporting from Oasis of the seas. I find it very interesting to see him and the rest of the crew use the onboard facilities as if they were guests.
