Magic Christmas Cruise 2010 (Dec 18th - 29th) - PART II

Lorrie, you can still Create Your Own t-shirt at either Zazzle or Cafe Press. I simply had to close the shop I had set up to make things easier. I added links to the graphics to my signature. They should be easier to find that way.

Thanks, Vicki, I must have misunderstood when I skimmed the messages. I'll try that!

@ Melissa - **My little santa Mickey tree came in the mail today** We got ours too, but didn't want to open them, I can't wait to see them!

@ Colette - Nick picked up our Disney Gift Cards at our local Albertson's supermarket, but I bet you can find them at the Disney Store too.

Thanks for your replies :goodvibes
Im going to look out for the gift cards I really think my ds10 might prefer that.
Cant wait to see Cars 2 next summer although I expect it wont be out over here until a month or 2 later.

Hi Christie,

Are you still in Panama City? DD's and I will be at our condo in Panama City Beach next week. Maybe we can get together for dinner or you can bring the kids and come over for a drink.

Youngest DD and I will get in late Saturday and my oldest will fly in on Tuesday. I know it's Thanksgiving week but let me know if you want to try to get together.

My parents are coming with us, they live in Panama City too. They will be down there part of the week and then come to our house (we live in Alabama) for Thanksgiving. It's prettier down there this time of year, but, alas, hunting season has begun. It was all I could do to get DH and DS to agree to go on the cruise during hunting season!

Is it too late to put together another Palo brunch group? I would be willing to try if there is interest. What do I have to do - call Disney with a certain number of people.

I hesitated to much starting the ice breaker - I was afraid people might think I was being nosy. Then I realized we are all DISers, going on a great trip together, and most people wouldn't mind.

Now when we meet at the bar, we can all jump to the important stuff - like sports and politics and Disney tips!

For sports - we can discuss how the Twins will never beat the Yankees, EVER, and how Brett Favre is TOO old, and what a waste of time Randy Moss was.

Have we decided on a location for our onboard cruise meet on the first day at sea? I'm not doing the ornament exchange, but would like to pop along and say "Hi!"

I can't either! I feel I showed remarkable restraint leaving the top sealed;)

I would be interested in a Palo brunch if you are doing a group. How many do we need?

I am a math instructor at a military junior college in Alabama. My husband and I met at the school where I teach, he was there playing baseball and getting his commission (we offer a 2 year program to commission 2nd LT's into the Army, one of only 5 schools in the USA). I grew up in the town and attended the high school, which is now closed. DH is active duty with the Army National Guard, working at the local Armory. We have lived in GA, and AL. You can identify us on board, we will be wearing our Auburn shirts! Hopefully, we will beat Bama next week!

We love going to WDW! Have been on one Disney Cruise, this is our second, the whole extended family is coming with us, both sets of parents, BIL (who is single and looking!), and my grandmother. DS (14) is all about anything outdoors, especially sports, baseball is his favorite. DD (8) is into gymnastics, dance and cheerleading. I already have the Christmas tree (a small one) up, this is the one that I decorate with military themed ornaments. I don't think I'm going to put many more decorations up....less to take down when we get back.

My parents have not been on a Disney cruise, they have done just about every other cruise line, Princess is their favorite. In-laws have only done Carnival, I think everyone will be pleased. I am soooooo excited not to have to cook or clean up!

Haha... sung to that famous song 'Pants on the Ground':

...Docs in the mail...
...Docs in the mail...
Dancin' like a fool...
'cause the docs are in the mail!

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl2::dance3:

Thanks, DH and I had a fun "Docs in the mail" dance party in our kitchen. :cool1::dance3::banana::rotfl2:

@LeiLani That sounds great! We have a pretty open schedule that week so if there is a place you guys like to eat we could meet up there. Not sure when the last time you guys were here but the new airport is in the middle of nowhere! :scared1: It is very nice though! If you want feel free to shoot me a PM and we can figure something out! It would be awesome to get to already meet new friends that will be on the cruise!

@ MMI We have been in Panama City close to 5 years now...its become home! Do you guys get to come here often? I bet your parents will have a great time on the cruise! :yay:
