Magic Bands - when are they shipped?

I'm 22 days out before our Disney World trip. My sister's bands were shipped Saturday and she received yesterday. My bands, a separate reservation, still have not shipped. I thought they shipped 30 days out. When I called to inquire, because I read here that they sometimes get hung up in the system, the cast member said they ship anywhere between 14-30 days out. What are others recent experiences? Thanks!
