Magic Bands still haven't shipped

Thanks for this info everyone!! We are two weeks away, and it has said "Act quickly" for 3+ weeks now. I called today and sure enough our bands were "stuck" in customization! We are from Canada, so I knew they were being sent to the resort, but I sure am glad I called! The kids would have been bummed to get grey bands!!
 
we check in 28 oct and ours still say act quickly, whats the number to call them on?
 
Mine now says " Your MagicBand order is being personalized. Check back soon for shipping details." so I think we're good. Yahoooooo!
I've had this message for over a week now. Called and said if it hasn't changed by the 12 days to give them a call.
 
Thanks for all of the responses. I finally discovered what I think may have been the answer on another thread. Apparently, if you booked through a non-Disney site (like an OTA), AND the people in your room do not all share the same last name, your Magic Bands can get stuck in a hold status.

To fix the problem, I called the website support number listed on Disney's help center page. I selected option 3 (for technical enquiries), and then waited for about 15-20 mins. I explained to the CM that I was receiving the "Act quickly. Your order may ship at any moment" message, but other people with whom I am traveling (different rooms/different reservations) had already received their magic bands. I then told them that I had read on disboards that there may be a problem because I had booked via an OTA and the people in my room have different names. After checking on our customization status, she came back and confirmed that the bands were on "hold". She was able to have the hold removed. The CM said that they should ship in the next day or so!

Apparently, some people call and the CM tells them the bands will ship 10 days out. Don't wait! Call the website support number and ask them to check to see if there is a hold on your bands.

I believe mine maybe stuck... I'm going to call because I've had the same message for a week with no update to shipped.
 

My 1st set of Magic Bands arrived today (2 weeks prior) my second set have yet to update in status and are still saying " Your MagicBand order is being personalized. Check back soon for shipping details." I did call just after the above post and they didn't see a "hold" on my order.
 
We leave Monday. My bands hadn't shipped by Saturday. My TA called Disney and now the personalized bands will be waiting for us at the hotel when we check in, since Disney couldn't guarantee they would get here before we left town. The CM my TA spoke to couldn't see any reason why they hadn't shipped! :sad2: At least we won't have the grey bands though! (Well, except for mine, but I wanted it grey!)
