No. You can charge your purchases back to your room and then stop by the desk BEFORE checkout to pay off your purchases using Disney gift cards.

Yes, and annual passholders. According to the Orlando newspaper last week, the plan is to sell them to off site guests for $15 eventually.

If you customize them, they get mailed to you. Otherwise you get a grey one when you check in.
