i stand corrected..
then the OP needs to check with disney

possibly the IT support number rather than the regular number

here's the IT support number...
these are the people who deal with MDE glitches etc....they're usually very good

this is the number: 0800 16 90 749

even though it's a UK number, it will connect you directly with the US disney computer specialists..

.

Dont forget because we are UK they dont send them to us they have them there waiting when we check in. Im guessing that also may be why no options show up. You could be too close to your check in to chose colors I know i had to do that over a month in advance
