I was told by a CM that if you stay off site, then you have to make the fast pass reservations for EACH DAY that you want to use them 30 days in advance..., which is different from staying on site when you can make the fast pass reservations 60 days in advance, LENGTH OF STAY.

yes the extra 30days is an onsite perk. just like 180days from check-in for length of stay (or 10 days, which ever is shorter) for ADRs.

but you do not have a 1 days window to make FP+, for a 5 day stay, 25 days out you can login and make all your FP+ you don't have to do it every day.

But all of this has to do with ON-Site vs Not. Not what MBs do or don't do.

I think it's smart to have at least one MB for MM alone.

Is DTD the ONLY off site place to buy a MB? With the parking fiasco there I am not looking forward to that adventure...

If you want to buy one somewhere that doesn't required park admission, you can stop by a Disney resort and buy one. They won't charge you for parking but if all you want to do is buy a band, pick one with a lot of parking area that is not within walking distance of a park, like a value or moderate resort.
