Magic Bands and Jibbitz

Do Jibbitz fit in magic bands? Has anyone tried this yet?

I don't know this, but I will tell you that at the Expo they had on display TONS of little add ons..I can see a collectible looming. Disney is brilliant.

No they don't. The MB trinkets have a thin prong to fit into the holes.

The backing would make it very painful and it would fall out most likely. It's a very specialized prong, Disney isn't stupid, they know how to make money.

I wish the "Band-its" would be a as secure as a Jibbitz, though. My daughter lost three of them in 2 days as they popped out when she brushed against something

That was my very first question when I saw them... We've lost pins and even a Jibbitz or two over the years, and I was hoping this wouldn't be something else that will only cause "OMG, my favorite one is gone!" moments if I buy them for my kids.

Where can you buy the little "Band-Its"? Do the test resorts have them or any stores at MK or Epcot?

Yes. We got ours at Pop. I think they were $6.95- $7.95 for three. (I bought them with other stuff to get up to $50 for the 10% Disney VISA discount

dollar tree sells tiny tubes of super glue for $1....I think that might help if I put it on them and let them sit for awhile....better than losing money!

I know these are older posts, but I was just googling and saw them.

I wrote to Crocs and asked about the jibbitz fitting in Disney Magic Bands.

The answer I received is that they are "not sure."

My daughter lost her cute yellow Minnie Mouse shoes last year. I agree, the magic bandits do not stay securely in the Magic Bands. As a matter of fact, they fall out very easily.

Shame that the Croc Jibbitz do not fit, because they are awfully cute!

Buy the slider things instead of the ones that stick in the holes. All three of us lost the ones that stuck in the holes on the first day. The ones that slide on don't ever fall off.

Really? We must be lucky because we haven't lost a magic bandit yet. My last three magic bands are on my computer bag dangling and the magic bandits are still there even though I don't make an effort to be careful with the bag.

Save your receipt if you purchase the band-its. My children bought some last summer, we saved the receipt and when my daughter lost one they replaced it no problem!
