Magic band question

My DW and I will be going to DW on 9/22 for 3 nights before a 3 night Dream cruise. My DD who is 35 will also be joining us. DW and I have magic bands but my daughter does not. I added her to my family on the site but we will not get her band until we check in at the Beach Club. My question is that we do not have any info for her magic band so I can pick fast passes for DW and myself but I cannot add her so I can add her fast passes. Anyone know how to do it or do I need to contact the Vacation Club?

You don't need magic bands to make fast passes. All you need is ticket(s) linked.

Magic bands are optional and everything done on MDE is picked up by the magic band. So once you have fast passes then receive MB's, you're good to go.

Did you purchase a separate ticket for her or do you have a package that includes her on the Beach Club reservation?

If she has a ticket linked to her, you can book FPs for her. The MagicBand automatically links to her as part of the onsite reservation - as long as she is listed on the BC reservation confirmation. You don't need MB info to book her FPs because nothing is 'on' the MB. All data is in your MDE account.

1. Yes.
2. Don't wait if you want to pre-book FP+ for her.

There's no price advantage to wait.
And, there are no discounts from Disney or any of the authorized ticket discounters on one-day or two-day tickets.

I find calling the My Magic Experience support number very helpful when trying to add new guests to previously booked Fastpasses. I've had to call on 3 different trips and they've always been very helpful.

Did you add her to your resort reservation at the Beach Club, or just your "family" list in MDE? Only people listed on the reservation will get magic bands.
