Magic Band Question

We just booked today for a trip starting May 15. I just went in and customized our magic bands. How soon after do they ship or will they just be at the resort? Also since it's a surprise for the kids I had them shipped to my office. Do they send them ups or fedex with a tracking number so I can be on the lookout?

Ours come next day but I can't remember how. I want to say it was USPS.

If you're in the US they will ship to you the day after DMX tells you is the last day to customize. I don't know if they have a tracking number. I think they will ship them to you right away since your trip is so close.

If you're not in the US they will be at the resort for you to pick up.

Our final order day was 4-16-2014 and they were delivered 4-19-2014 per USPS. Tracking number was provided so I was able to meet the mail lady at the box! Have a great trip!

Mine shipped the day after my customize deadline then I received them one or two days later via USPS. I've found that USPS tracking numbers are worthless.

I just had a similar experience. We had booked a trip for May 7th about a week ago (have since changed to 6/25 for the discount). I was able to customize our Magic Bands that day. Then the next day it said they were being customized and would ship soon. The next morning they shipped, and the following morning I had a tracking number (through USPS). It said they would arrive between the 20th and the 22nd. They arrived on the 18th.

Also. I changed dates in between all of this, because DH couldn't stomach paying rack rates. I was worried I would have to have all new ones shipped and it would be such a waste. No worries though, they automatically updated... as they were being shipped

Thanks I hope ours come as quickly. Yeah I couldn't take paying the rack rate either. We were planning on a last minute cruise deal, but the price went up before we could book. So with the military salute tickets and 30% off rooms we decided on a last minute trip to Disney.

I booked last Monday (4/14) and customized that night for a trip beginning on May 10, they were delivered Friday. I agree the tracking number was worthless until Delivery day otherwise all the days before had the package sitting in Jacksonville PO distribution and not shipping.
