Magic Band Pin #

DS checked in this morning. Actually didn't check in scanned his MB for DME and got a text with the room number and went straight to the room. He never set up a pin # and tried to use his band for lunch and it didn't work because he didn't know his pin. How does he reset his pin? I will have the same problem when I go on Friday as I don't remember what I used for my pin last year.

Stop by the hotel front desk and they can help with that. It takes about a minute.

Same thing happened to us the first trip we made with the magic bands. We had set them in MDE, they just didn't work. They have worked every trip since.

LOL, I forget mine every single time I go so I have to go by the front desk and get them to reset it. It's quick, easy and painless. They will have him tap the band on the little tap pad and key in a pin. Now I'm not sure if you need to do it as well, since like I said I always forget mine so we always just go to the front desk when we get there and everyone taps away.

I was able to reset ours before our trip this summer on MDE with no issues, but I don't know if that's the case for everyone. If not, swing by the front desk and they can help!
