Magic Band Order Question

I have a reservation for 5 (3 adults, 2 kids), package on site with park hoppers and went to choose magic bands today. I know we don’t need them, but I appreciate the option sometimes and the kids like them.

On the selection area, I could only choose for myself, my husband, and 2 kids. There was no option for the other adult coming with us (my mom). She didn’t even show up for me to select, even though she is on all parts of the reservation- ticket, etc. I assumed this was because she has her own My Disney Experience account. However, she doesn’t have an option to choose one either.

Is this the website glitching or is there something else I need to do. I really don’t want to be on hold for 3 hours to fix it since it’s not that serious, but she’s worked up about it...
