Magic Band Order has been received....2 months early?

My mom's account says, "Your magic band order has been received." I click on the review order link and it gives an error to try again later. The problem is that it's 2 months early. My account says that I can switch my band colors until April 6. We both arrive the same day.

Is there a problem with her band or do we wait a day to see if it fixes itself?

If I go under the "magic bands and cards" link in the pull down menu, it doesn't list our trip at all. Just old trips.

I’d give it a day and then call Disney. Once you customize your magic band order it says the order has been received.
 
So I’m looking at my account and see there’s a button that says “done”. I wonder if she clicked that and that’s why it says it’s received? I haven’t clicked it because I wanted to double check with the kids as late as I can so they don’t get upset about their color.
 
If you do call Disney, I'd wait like a couple days until they get over the GE opening day madness.
 

Selecting done shouldn’t keep you from modifying them. I just customized ours this morning, selected done, and I can still go in and modify them. All the way through April I can update... It’s probably just a glitch but if it doesn’t resolve itself soon I would call so they can open a ticket with IT if necessary. But I’d wait to call at least 24 to 48 hours if not a full week to see if maybe IT is in the middle of a patching cycle that’s messing with MDE.
 
I had the problem that I couldn’t even see mine for summer, much less modify them. You don’t have to call. All you have to do is use the chat function on the website and they can fix it there. Took two minutes max. Super easy.
