Magic Band/MDX Issues

So I must have had my head in the sand and missed the information about the upgrade magic bands. We are traveling in August and had selected our plain colored magic bands on MDX prior to the upgrade offer. Now, I can't even see my MagicBand order for the plain colored ones. Is anyone else having this problem? I had an issue with images loading as well, but that has resolved after I used the chat to speak with someone at Disney. Still every time I try to go to the Choose your magicbands page, I get a message that Stitch ate the page. I would love to order the upgraded bands, but even if I can't do that, I would like to be able to see my order for the plain ones as I am afraid that will get screwed up with all the problems they are having.

I am just curious if this is happening to anyone else? I have tried in both Safari and Chrome and get the same message. Does anyone know another way to see my Magicband order without calling again?

Did you try clearing your cookies in Safari and Chrome? I know some people don't think to do that, and other people automatically do that and probably get annoyed when someone suggests it.

But in this particular case, I think there have been a lot of issues since they introduced the magic band update feature, so even if you did clear your cookies you may still have problems.

I did try that last week, but maybe I will try again and see if it improves. Thanks
 
I had similar problems. I finally got the MagicBands part of MDE to work in Explorer. And I had also selected the solid-color bands for our family, but after the upgrade update, they disappeared and I had to select them again.

ETA: After you select your colors, you'll need to go through a "check out" process to complete the order, even for the solid-color bands. You will not be charged anything, but I believe you need to complete this step in order to receive personalized bands prior to your trip.
 

We had the same thing happen. We selected 2 solid color bands for our Aug trip and got a confirmation email with a total charge of 0.00 on it. First time that ever happened.
 
Thanks- I called and they are looking into it. The IT person sees the same thing as me. Hopefully they will get it resolved!
