So I must have had my head in the sand and missed the information about the upgrade magic bands. We are traveling in August and had selected our plain colored magic bands on MDX prior to the upgrade offer. Now, I can't even see my MagicBand order for the plain colored ones. Is anyone else having this problem? I had an issue with images loading as well, but that has resolved after I used the chat to speak with someone at Disney. Still every time I try to go to the Choose your magicbands page, I get a message that Stitch ate the page. I would love to order the upgraded bands, but even if I can't do that, I would like to be able to see my order for the plain ones as I am afraid that will get screwed up with all the problems they are having.
I am just curious if this is happening to anyone else? I have tried in both Safari and Chrome and get the same message. Does anyone know another way to see my Magicband order without calling again?
