Magic Band fees for Covid cancellations

Hi all,

I know Disney was charging $15 per magic band for canceled reservations pre-covid if you had taken advantage of the discounted premium magic band offer. Does anyone know if they are still doing that now?

I had a trip in May where we had ordered and received the premium bands. I have yet to be charged full price.
