I checked out of Kidani Village on May 10th, and as of this morning my credit card has still not been charged for my magic band purchases, nor have I received an email listing my charges. I know that my cc should have been charged on checkout day, has anybody else had this happen to them? I have also called the resort and the WDW customer service number, but they do not seem concerned, I don't want non payment to come back and haunt me later, should I do anything more about this?

I had the same thing happen last month at POFQ. I emailed them and they sent me my folio. Then just last week they sent me an invoice for my charges. They had issues with my room and it never became available. so I assume that when they assigned me a new room even though my magic bands and pin worked for charging, that my email and credit card were no longer attached.

That seems like a long time to not have anything come through, we were in Kidani in April and it took 48 hours for our charges to post which I found odd, as they are usually run the morning of checkout, and then that evening for anything charged that day.

I have had good luck emailing Disney when I needed a copy of my room folio when it wasn't emailed to me, at that point you would have a direct contact that you could work with in case there is an issue.

At Jambo house this past November, we paid most of our charges via gift card, but had a few last day charges that we expected to hit our credit card. We ended up getting a bill in the mail. Apparently the Credit Card had expired. We called and paid it without issue.

I have had charges that didn't show up as expected.
I got an invoice in the mail some time later.
I just called and paid it by credit card.
They had no clue why it wasn't run at the time, no telling. System may have been out/down at that moment, something else glitched.
But they don't consider you a non-payer or anything. Unless you ignore the invoice of course.

Any time you have an issue or think there may be an issue with your final billing. Please send an email with your name and resort reservation number requesting a copy of your final folio statement.

They sent it to me the same day (a weekday so it might not be responded to today). They can also help with issues relating to you final billing after you review the final folio.

When my sister and I were at Poly and then again at BC last August she wanted to charge to her credit card on her MB (which she provided to the front desk) and I didn't want anything on my CC at all. I had paid the TA for my half of the resorts but was paying cash for all food and incidentals.

Anyway... for both stays everything my sister used her MagicBand for ended up going on to my CC even though I did not provide it at check in at all. We spent quite a bit of time getting that cleared up at both resorts.

I hope your situation gets sorted out soon.

We pay the bill off before we go on departure day to avoid all of this. Then I don't hear from the other room "did they forget, did they forget, did they forget, "
