Magic Band and EMH question please

I am still trying to wrap my head around Magic Bands, AP (RFID version), & KTTW card and how they are all working for testing right now, but one thing I'm curious about that I haven't really seen mentioned. How does everything work for Extra Magic Hours? Do they scan your Magic Band at every ride if you have one on or do you just show it to someone like you do your KTTW card to prove you are staying on property? Or are they scanning the KTTW cards now as well at every ride instead of just seeing you have one?

1- For PM EMH, yes.'

2- There's nothing "visible" on the band that indicates you are staying on-property,
and ALL guests will eventually be able to have/use MagicBands.

3- If your KTTW cards does show a resort affiliation, then that can be a visual cue.
But, otherwise, all KTTW cards are RFID and can be scanned like the bands.

I was there for two weeks ago. They don't scan your band for PM EMH, or at least no CMs did for us.

Some will let you just flash your band and walk through, while others would require us show our KTTW cards as well.

Well, at the CURRENT time, (for the overwhelming majority) ONLY guests who are staying on-site have MagicBands.

My point is that in the future, after roll-out, that won't be the case.
