magazine sub. deals???

Last year I was able to give some mag. sub as presents...and got some pretty good deals...(Family fun, Oprah, Family Circle..and some cooking ones
I think Family fun was $5 - anyway I got a email this morning for some magazines..and FF was at $10....
do you remember when the best prices come out? should I wait?

I was thinking of doing this too for my sister, who wants a subscription to Vogue magazine for Christmas (fashion major), with the $5 discount it would come to $13, but I also have $5 in amazon GF left from SB and will be getting another $10 by the end of the week, on Amazon the subscription is $15..
So, IDK if I should use the mypoint deal or get it free thru amazon, I still have other people to buy for, so I could always use the $15 amazon GF for someone else.

But, if anyone knows of any Vogue sub deals...let me know

On Amazon they have a two year subscription to Better Homes for 11.98 (they have one year for $5.99, but it is auto-renewal- I am not a fan of auto renewal...)
