Made my first offer with Fidelity and it was .... odd

This is how we got our amazing contract. I got the email, called my husband for the ok, called fidelity and bought it. Everything was exactly as advertised but there were delays with closing etc that had to do with having a Japanese seller and an escrow office on 'Hawaiian Time'. Fidelity certainly doesn't do any hand holding but I would buy again because I got a contract I love for a great price and I'm not a micro manager. Fortunately, I had this forum to hold my hand and answer all my questions : )

600 Aulani loaded contract $85 We'll have almost paid for it by the end of next year if we took retail (which of course we are looking at it vs renting as we had been doing) but still a SERIOUS dent within 24 months. Using our "free" 2015 pts for a 2 bedroom oceanview extended family vacay for Xmas!

I would call 8 am est if it was one of the hot list deals. Get a rep on the line since I'm sure they are commissioned. I want to say I had the offer drawn up that day. Come to think of it, I haven't been getting that list for months but now that I'm thinking of adding a WDW contract, I need to! By far the best prices I saw. GL!!! I was cautioned against Aulani and a large contract- arguments that are totally valid, but we have been thrilled. No regrets at all. Love Aulani and KoOlina is becoming a big deal. See you there!

Hi the number he left with on my voice mailbox is 800-831-2990 ext 5003. Fidelity I think has some of the lowest prices but they get sold very quickly. Good luck!
