It has been a couple years since we went to Disney, but I remember speaking to an actual person when I called to make final payment then and was able to ask questions, etc.
Today I called to make final payment for my upcoming trip with my DD, and it was a completely automated call. I was able to make the payment, but not ask any questions so...I'm wondering, what happens next?
I checked my e-mail inbox and they haven't sent me a confirmation for my payment, will I get one or no?
Do they still send a packet of information (flight info, luggage tags, info on the Magical Express, etc.) a couple weeks or so before you're scheduled to leave for WDW?
