Does anyone have a price range of how much these cakes cost? I really love the mickey one that someone posted.

From what I have gathered from my planner and here on the boards, most of the 3 tier ones run about $900. I think Sandy posted her 2 layer was going to be about $450.

BTW...I LOVE LOVE that cake too.

Just think, the cake that poor Kendra wants (which is not a mad hatter) is in her BEO as $1700

I find it's one of the ways Disney will get your money. I've just scaled my VR to be able to have the things I want most for me & DH and our family and friends and still be tight to my minimums. I have chosen to give up the carriage and the MK photoshoot. I am doing a formal park shoot but we are going with Epcot (less expensive AND our favorite park). Of course, I love all things disney so it's hard for me to pick a favorite park, but if I have to...that's it.

It's all in how you decide you want to do this. It can be done...Carrie (lurkyloo) was only ~$60 over her minimum and her wedding was beautiful!

Oh, thanks. I have an escape... so I'm on an even tighter budget. From what I understand, we get a $200 credit for the cake, and (no offense to anyone) but those cakes are horrible... so I think I might just ask them what I can exchange for the same amount of money...

I do this .... alot don't I? Sorry 'bout that!
