Well, this thread has certainly been a trip.

I want to make sure kateandy08096 that you know I wasn't asking you for numbers or anything of that type. Only that a claim was being made without anything to back up the claim (that their quote was less than a competitor). I was not asking you for anything and apologize you got pulled in to some really unprofessional behavior. Guess it made the decision much easier than before you started the thread

I wish you much better experiences on further planning your trip and hope the trip itself is very enjoyable!

I posted it so crazies that work there and felt the need to jump on the boards today can finally settle knowing that they just lost business not for me but probably from alot of disney goers. I actually was going to consider using their service because I was referred by a realiable source but after the lunatic of a owner had to come on and go crazy I definitely will just delete the emails and the over prices quotes and move on ☺

Not to be a "kool-aid" drinker from this fountain (which, let's be honest, I am. LOL) I definitely recommend Dreams Unlimited. I just booked our cruise with them for next September and I can tell you that the price I got from them was verbatim the price from the DCL website and I still also got my OBC and from what I hear, I can expect a gift basket shortly before sailing. My agent, Beth F, has been out of this world about all of my crazy questions and has been timely in answering them too. She even sent me an email yesterday advising that she would be away for a week in September on a FAM trip through the company and would be either slow or unavailable to reply. Great service and fun perks. Best wishes on your trip....you are going to LOVE Disney Cruise Line.

Part of the issue is that those quotes are for 5 guests, not 4? For sure and odd TA experience and not one that I'd choose.

I always book my own WDW trips but use a TA for the DCL and we only use them for the OBC! I really don't see what could be better than an OBC!
