Hey, Chatters! I am home today. I'm a little under the weather. Those same cooties that Tricia gave me have not gone away!! However, I think I am going to muster up the strength to go on a picnic with the family. Or a movie, we haven't decided yet!

Shannon, I know, isn't the weather awesome! Hope you have fun on your hike today? Which state park are you going to? We are thinking of having our picnic at that one near Quantico, whose name is elluding me right now! We love that place!

Good morning all! I'm envious of the 60 degree weather. We had rain yesterday followed by a lake effect snow warning today. 4-6" today oh yeah for me!

Shannon, I've been meaning to ask you what part of OHI-O are you from? I worked in northern Ohio one summer, well part of a summer anywho.

Rob, love the concert review! I love Reba and Kelly. How awesome to see them together. Alas, my big concert for the year will be the Blueman Group and I hear it isn't their best show. Oh well, I love them anyhow.

Pohick? That is a cool park--- we're going camping there this spring. We ended up just going to Lake Ridge Park. Hiked around for a while in the mud, looked at ducks, then went over to the Fantasy Playground for a couple of hours.

Hopefully it starts to warm up for ya soon! If t makes you feel any better, it was only sunny and 72 degrees until 1 pm. Now it is 62 degrees and drizzling.

I am from Dayton, DH is from a little town near Youngstown. Where did you work? Up near Cleveland?

Girl, I need to get you a joke book!!! Our hike was great, but very, very muddy. I didn't want to get my new tennis shoes muddy, so I wore my minnie janes. I had some serious under-the-toenail cleaning to do when I got home!! I'm glad you liked 27 dresses-- I'm gonna see it this week!

Great concert review Rob. Sounds like you had a blast. I am actually a huge Kelly Clarkson fan-- I think she has an amazing voice, but better yet, is super down-to-Earth and normal. I saw them together on Oprah a while back, and they were terrific.

It was nice here today. 55 degrees, and rainy which meant all the snow went away on the ground so I'm a happy with that.

Heck to the Yeah!!! Since Riley was with us, I knew we weren't going to do any serious off-road hiking, so I figured I'd be fine on the regular trails. Did NOT factor in the mud! I looked like Swamp Thing. With nicer sunglasses.
