Maclaren Volo

I am looking at purchasing a Maclaren Volo for our disney trip. I have found both the 2005 and 2006 versions. Does anyone know which has a higher weight limit and which has a bigger storage basket underneath?

I am not sure to answer your questions, but I have the 2005 and it holds up to 55 lbs, and I don't think this changed in 2006. I think the only change was adding a canopy. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our Volo for dd4. She is 31 pounds and very tall for her age, so we are hoping it last a while longer. She is using it in a week at WDW for our 3rd WDW trip and it has done wonders on several other trips to various destinations as well. We just bought a Quest for dd 6 months and love that too, but the Volo is so simple, easy, light, breeze for dd from the mesh seat -- wonderful! I got mine on eBay for $70 w/ shipping and I'd buy another in a heartbeat if anything happens to this one.

Before purchasing mine, I actually emailed customer service at MacLaren. They told me that both the 2005 & 2006 carried the same weight capacity, however the 2006 offered the sun canopy as a standard feature. I purchased my 2006 from Target online, and LOVE IT!

Just an FYI I have the Mac Volo 2005 and now I also have the Mac Quest 2006...reason being I registered for the VOLO when I was pregnant and did not realize it DOES NOT recline AT ALL. So if your in need of a recline don't get the volo.... BUT on another note these strollers are GREAT go to EBAY first to see if you can get a new one cheaper....I paid $162 including shipping. They are LIGHT WEIGHT AND MADE WELL...worth the $$!
