I own a 2006 Maclaren Quest. I love it. However, I have a problem and I'm hoping someone can help.
I cannot fit a diaper bag into the basket, and yes, I have a small one. And if the baby is reclining, I cannot reach into it at all.
So I have to resort to hanging things off the handles. I know it is a "no-no," and yes, the stroller tips when I take the baby out, unless I have the bare minimum in the stroller bag.
Does anyone have any suggestions for preventing this? I have seen the stroller weights but am unconvinced they work. I have tried adding my own ballast by clipping on water bottles, and a fanny pack around the foot rest, to no avail.
Do I just have to train myself to take the stuff off the handles before removing the baby, or is there another solution?
Thanks in advance,
Diana
