Ew yeah the people are fake. Teaching and being around children and halping them is so much better for me. It's where I belong. I never saw myself being a hair stylist. I don't even have the look. Ugh oh well. Can't wait to be done with it.

Ugh 7 years. I started right out of HS. Wish I would have went to college after HS but I was young and thought I wanted to do hair.

You have a fun job!!! If I were to work in the medical field that is what I would do.

Don't be so down on your career right now. Working in ICU stenpdown as a brand new nurse was terrifying, and stressful, and I saw a lot of really sad situations; and really scare life threatening split second choice decisions. Was it the career for me? No. But it got me where I am today, and I have my dream job and my dream guy... so I'd say it's worth it (even as I finish out my last few weeks, I can appreciate all it's done for me).

It might not be how you want to spend your life but be proud of who you are and what you've done, and I think it's super great that it brought you to this wonderful life with your hubby and DVC and now your chance to go back to school!

It sure seems like everything's coming together for you!

Finally guys I have sometime to update this TR. Our May trip is coming up. I have to get this one done lol!

OK I think I left off with Chef Mickeys. After Chef Mickeys we headed over to the MK.

I love this bench with Walt and Minnie.

Aww look! It's Prince. I love this horse.

This was the day it started to get crowded, and it would rain every night. UGH! I hate rain lol. I'm so spoiled because I'm used to the weather in May and it never ever rains lol.

We started to head over to Pirates, I think this was the first time in our trip that we got to ride it!!! Crazy I know!

Along the way we spotted Rafiki!! I love him.

We made it to Pirates and there was no line so I took some pics.

I took a pic of these guys because I wanted to see if the flash would pick up a hidden mickey or something. It's too dark when you look down there to actually see one. I can't seem to find one. Oh well.

After that we went and took a ride on the boat because we have never done it. Yeah we won't be doing that again It's boring lol. I just took pictures of the rides.

Thank God that was over with lol... oh I forgot, we grabbed fast passes to SM before we went on the boat.

After that we went on the Mansion I think, then headed over to Splash.

After that it was time to finally try a Dole Whip LOL! Tim ordered a swirl but the guy gave him a plain. He told the guy he wanted swirl so the guy gave him a new one and told him to keep the plain one. So Tim gave it to me YUMMMMY. I love the plain the best!

We left and headed to DHS next!!!

When we got to DHS the characters were out and about!!! YAY! Time to get my signature matte signed. I headed over to Pinocchio and Gepetto first!!

Next was the Queen!! I was so excited!! She was the same one in our picture!!

As I was walking up to her some other kids started running up to her and she shooed them all away. It was so funny LOL!

When I got up to her I showed her the picture..she says to me' "Who do you know?" I asked her is she knew Sonny, the CM who surprised us. She said "Never heard of him." Aww poor Sonny lol!

We then had Pocahontas sign it for us. She was so pretty and also the same one in our picture.

We headed over to Pizza Planet for dinner. I love that place. I love Toy Story so it is a must for me to go there lol.

Tim got the everything pizza or whatever it is called.

Here he is annoyed with me lol. He hates when I take pics of the food.

Tim was so annoyed that he grabbed my camera and started taking pictures of...

For dessert we had a cookie and rice cryspie treat. The cookie was good.

On the way out Tim noticed a black and white Donald in a crane game. OMG he tried and tried but couldn't get it.

He had him here but he fell. darn

I think after dinner we met up with my BIL and his GF. I went on TOT with my BIL, Tim does not do that ride. I had Tim hold all of my things because I lose things in the Twilight Zone

A CM showed me a hidden Mickey. can you see it?

I love TOT in the dark!! So much fun!

Next we went back to Animation Academy. This was where I drew a possessed Dale. OMG.

We ended the night with Fantasmic. It had rained earlier and it was all humid so my pics are crap. I can't wait to get my new camera. My pictures will be so much better.

Ok no we did not end the night with Fantasmic.. it was an EMH night.. we rode TSM after Fantasmic.

I've been working on my take home test for 6 hours now and just got done so I'm just gonna comment on stuff that I remember from just reading it.

Where the heck is the guy on top of the mountain at BTMRR?!

The Liberty boat is SOOOOO long isn't it?! We went on it once when it was almost nighttime and there were bats flying over us when we were coming back around to the beginning!

I love Pizza Planet. Okay, Tim made me laugh so much in his picture with his food. This is the second time he made me laugh tonight..the first was during American Idol when he was yelling at the tv.

That chocolate chip cookie looks SO good. Yum.

We woke up bright and early and headed over to DTD to hop on a AKL bus. This was my first time checking out the resort so I was so excited. We had bought AKV without ever checking it out in person. I was blown away when we walked in there. It is so nice.

We checked in at Boma. The employees were so nice there. We waited like 2 minutes.

I started off with some of the meats, muffins, and I forget the name of the stuff near the biscuit but I can tell you I did not care for it. I'm some what of a picky eater, I don't like anything funky.

I didn't care for the muffins. I liked the meats and the bacon had a good flavor.

Next I grabbed some potatoes, pancake, waffle, eggs, omlette and the french toast. I did not care for the french toast because of the raisins. I'm not a raisin fan. The potatoes and omlette were very good.

Ok this is going to sound crazy but my favorite thing from this breakfast was the bagel and the fruit lol.

My bagel was sooo good.

The fruit was so fresh.

Oh and I loved the juice!! YUM. It was so good.

After breakfast I went out and took some pictures of the lobby.

I love the fire pit.

There is a hidden mickey in the vines somewhere. I must have looked for 20 mins. I could not find it.

I found a butterfly in one of the trees. So pretty

You really feel like you are in a little hide away at the AKL. The theming is incredible.

Yeah. On our honeymoon we did Brown Derby and a couple years ago CRT. For our anniversary I have Jiko, CAli Grille, and Yachtsman booked. I can't wait to try them.

I think it is like 20 mins..maybe longer. It feels like forever lol.

Morning Lynn! Loved your DHS update, the pics you took of the good and Tim annoyed are hysterical!!!And love his pics, too, of the dressing...heeehee!!! Also loved your version of Chip....it wasn't half bad!! I can't to do that on my next trip, it's too time consuming with the kiddos, so I'm looking forward to it on my girls trip, we can take our time on things like that. Yay!

That stuff you didn't like at Boma is bobotie. I didn't like it, either. It has sausage, but is really sweet. blech Everything else looked good!

The one is pirates is the cannon balls and the one in TOT is on top of the music sheet. It's hard to see with the angle. It's supposedly a wax mark in the shape of a mickey.

Boma reminds me of Tusker House! That's now a must do on AK park days. I don't think I'd want raisins in my french toast either. Yuck!

Somehow I missed the really long update! I never see the random characters at DHS anymore. A couple of years ago we'd see people under the hat a lot, now I never see them. I miss CHicken Little. He was so darn cute!
