We have been many many times. Want to try new things but still go back to old favorites. If you go to the Ice Bar at Mandalay Bay there is a great Burger Bar in the same area. Otherwise the burgers are awesome at the Burger Brasserie in the hall between Ballys and Paris.
You may want to consider the 24 hour buffet which includes 6 of Caesars properties and includes Carnival World at Rio (one of our faves). Start it for a late evening dinner, then use it for breakfast, lunch and an earlier dinner the second day. Just make sure you make it to the cash register within 24 hours of buying the pass.
Another place we never miss is Battista's Hole in the Wall. If you like the history of kitchy things in Vegas then you will have to walk around and look at all of the pictures on the wall. It is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall but the Italian food is great. Located on Audrie St right behind the Flamingo.
Too many shows to mention and last minute is a good option with so many half price ticket kiosks along the Strip. Still have to book ahead for the busier shows.
