And congrats on being so close to the wishes minimum!! You are officially my Disney Wedding Hero and I only hope I can come close to your greatness. They haven't even sent me my planning package yet, and I keep adding crap. Today I decided that I do NOT want rose petals scattered on the aisle at SBP, I want a rose petal CARPET down the aisle and at the alter. I don't want to see a speck of floor below that carpet. So I'm going to need a miracle to be that close to my minimum.

Caryn, that's hliarious....we were at DH's Office Christmas party last night at the casino in our area...the crystals on the chandelier were the shape that carrie wants...I immediately thought about her.

I set my own minimum since I'm doing an Escape (to include dinner and a few extras.) I'm panicking though b/c at the last minute I added more floral than I said I was going to. I was lured by aisle petals at SBP. But, I can always take it off it its too much. Just waiting to see what my numbers are going to look like. Perhaps I should email my planner now and find out what's going on. Especially if they want us to pay up soon here.

That's great that you were able to stick to your minimum We're about $3000 over (about what we expected) because our biggest challenge was the number of guests that we are having - 62. Was your BEO for the 35 guests or 50? Also, I can't remember off hand how many are in your bridal party?

We are going with an outside photographer and an outside videographer. We never even considered using Disney for these, so I'm just la-la-la pretending that we don't have to spend money for them above and beyond what we're paying Disney

Although, I guess we are using Disney for the MK photo shoot...

Yes - it's those darn guests who put all of us brides over our minimums We are having 35 guests and only two people in our bridal party. And those two people are both guys, who are of course cheaper than girls because they don't require bouquets!

But the big news is....

Our BEO is only $69.80 over the minimum expenditure for our date! ​

That's pretty impressive... our final price was pretty darn close to the minimum, but our BEO was over by about $4k. Let it be a lesson to the kiddies out there...
