First off have to say I have been reading posts on this site for SO LONG I AM EMBARASSED to say I never signed up. I am a HUGE disney fan and make it a point to visit atleast once a year. My husband has trouble understanding why it makes me so happy to be there but loves that it makes me happy so we continue to go back. With that said I have a few questions:

Traveling with an infant (our first daughter will be 9 months old when we go in September) any tips? Can she go on rides that have no height restriction? Pirates? Small World? Pooh? etc.

Second FOOD we signed up for the Magic Dine Your Way plan....is it worth it? If so how do they manage to break even with such a plan...seems too good to be true but wanted to try it.

Thanks for all your help! So fun to read all the posts and see there are other people in the world that LOVE disney as much as I do.

The Dining Plan...is it worth it.....YES!!! We were there from 10/5 - 10/11 and I kept track of what we would have spent if we'd have paid for it....we came out saving over $300.00! Several times when I asked the amount because I was keeping track, I was told that most people don't do that, I'm glad I did because from now on, I will definately do the Plan!! Yes, it is alot of food....but you DON'T HAVE to eat it all!! (but i did try!!lol) My DSIS has been several times (this was our first) and she asked me about the Plan. When I told her how much we would have spent vs. what we saved - she bought it for her Nov 05 trip.

Have a great time!!! :wave2:

Two of our children had their first trip as infants :-). It's pretty doable if you have some down time and they don't mind a stroller. There are many rides they can do. My kids always loved the (shesh I call it the People mover but I can't remember the real name) ride in Tomorrowland that goes around tomorrowland. They can ride small world, the train, I'm pretty sure Pooh and Peter Pan. A lot of times my little ones just loved looking around while the older one(s) did their thing. Hope you have fun.
