Lunch with an Imagineer?

I recall reading awhile back about a "lunch (or meal?) with an imagineer." Do I have that right? What are the details of the program?

With all the layoffs in the Imagineering department lately, I wonder if there are enough Imagineers to go around? Also, at $61 a pop, I wonder if part of that goes towards the Imagineers meal?

I would love to do this. What questions would you ask any imagineer? I would love to eat with the Expedition Everest Imagineer and oh get a backstage preview of the new ride. Well, a girl can hope.
