Hi,
I've been thinking about doing Lunch with an imagineer on my next trip. I've been looking over the menu and my sister is allergic to seafood, which seems to always be the soup, and blue cheese, which is in the Cobb Salad. Will they take special requests, and should I call the Hollywood Brown Derby or when I make reservations? Also, the souvenir plate, does everyone receive one?

Thanks in advance.

They will definately take requests for things like allergies or if you are vegetarian. Call up and explain the issue and the likelihood is the chef will want to discuss things with you at some point (either on the day or possibly in advance) and will make a special menu for you. I believe the plate is 1 per party but having never done this I'm not sure

We did the Lunch with an Imagineer in Dec. They are now doing one plate per guest :cool1: The plates even come in nice hard cardboard boxes to keep them protected for the trip home.

Your imagineer will even autograph the plates for you if you like. We were tickled (and so was the imagineer, Kevin) when we discovered we were from the same town in Ohio. We were all also OSU grads and my DS is currently a student at Ohio State, sooooo Kevin added a "Go Bucks!" to our plate autographs :rotfl2:

I would highly recommend this meal. Definitely call the Brown Derby directly after you have secured your ressies and talk to them about your food allergy concerns. Then plan on a fabulous time!!! :yay:
